Computer Christmas
The "flair" for my Christmas lights which I had spoke of earlier is finally done!
I am sure everyone has seen this video of the animated Christmas light display? Well those who know me knew it wouldn't be long before I got to doing that! AND I DID!!! I even used that same song too for one of the sequences! With the help of a coworker and some people from an online forum, my Christmas lights are computer controlled! And it rules!!
For those of you that live near me, drive to my house between the hours of 5 and 10 and tune your radio to 90.5 FM. If you don't live near me, don't fret, hopefully soon I will have a video made and post it up for all to see. It is a joyus site! I love every second of it!

Darkness Falls
I hate it when its dark when I leave in the monrning. I hate it that it gets dark so early in the evening. I have problems waking up in the morning because of the darkness. But I don't have to wait too long anymore for that to change, it's comming up in a few weeks. Then before you know it, I'll be upset becuase it's too light in the morning and I'll have trouble sleeping until my alarm goes off.
A couple of notes:
I got my secondary monitor card to work again. Windows XP suddenly decided it didn't like the drivers or something, and quit recognizing it. I uninstalled it then rebooted, and low and behold it works just great!! I am so happy again! Even Christina mentioned Friday night how much she didn't realize how usefull that one extra monitor was!
Also, that little "flair" was talked about in my Christmas Lights post, yeah, that's comming to fruition. Just have a few bugs to work out yet....trust me, you'll know when it's done.

The Inconvinent Truth
You know when you are soo used to something, then suddenly you don't have it, and now you can't get on without it? Well last week my second monitor card died on my computer. I am so used to having and using two monitors at home, that it is pretty much killing me not having it. Sitting at the computer, I just feel like something is missing, and it seems like a black spot in my eye. It just really erks me!

Christmas Fiesta
I just uploaded pics of our Christmas lights for this year. Remember when I said that sections of the LED lights went out randomly? Well the section that is on the roof that doesn't work WAS working when i first stepped outside to take the pics! Stupid lights. Anywho, I am working on addidng a little "flair" to the whole thing, hopefully I'll get it done this weekend, and I'll post up a video!

Well, the Elemental Designs speakers have been in my truck for a little over a week, and I am proud to say that they have not blown yet! Hurray!!

Blah
The weekend was relatively uninteresting. We ended up buying a real Christmas tree for this year. We got out the fake pre-lit tree and put it all together, just to find out half the lights didn't work. So I decided I didn't want to screw with it and got a real one. We also got the LED lights for it as well. They were on sale this weekend. Also put garland and white LED lights on the front deck. All we have to do is get another wreath for the peak above the front deck, and I'll take pics. Well depending on how the lights on the roof are working on that particular day. It would seem that at random different sections of lights go out. One day it's one section, the next those are workign and a different section is out. I think my lights are possessed.
Oh, and I messed with the truck some more to try and get the heat working properly, and to no avail of course. Without bad luck, I'd have no luck at all. And with the weather in the teens, luke warm air just doesn't cut it....

Familiar Realm
As you may have noticed, a design change actually came to me. So I implimented it yesterday. I was bored at work with nothing to do, so I made it happen. I'm fairly happy with it. I wasn't at first, but it seems to have grown on me.
